Mealea
Veterinary Nurse
Mealea recently joined our ophthalmology team after working in general veterinary practice for three years. She was inspired to work in the veterinary field after her most long-term fur-family member was diagnosed with cancer, and decided that life was too short to not follow her dream of working with animals.
Always keen for a challenge, she is enjoying learning about animal eye health, diseases and treatments. Mealea doesn't currently have any pets of her own, but would eventually love having dogs, cats, and guinea pigs! In her spare time, she enjoys going out for nature walks, getting lost in a good book, or catching up with friends.
